Informatika is the sole and exclusive owner of any information processed and or collected on or through the BaliVilla.com website.

CV. Informatika values your privacy as much as we treasure ours. We only collect that information that would normally be asked of you when registering at any reputable hotel. Except when providing this information to the villa to reserve and confirm your reservation request, CV. Informatika does not currently, and has no plans in the future to, sell, share, or rent any information you provide to us to any other 3rd party whatsoever.

In addition, just for your information, with the exception of a brief questionnaire sent to customers to inquire about quality of the villa accommodation, we (CV. Informatika / BaliVilla.com) do not use the information you provide to send unsolicited email to our past customers.
